I am a yogi of 15+ years and E-RYT 200. My hatha-vinyasa based teaching style focuses on how the poses feel within your body.
Moving beyond the physical and into the energetic, my goal is to help my students cultivate a deeper relationship with themselves.
After studying yoga for over a decade I moved to Satchidananda Ashram - Yogaville for a one year immersion. During my time at the ashram I studied Hatha, Kirtan, Sanskrit and the Bhagavad Gita. My personal practices of devotion help inspire and teach my students to deepen their own spiritual practices.
